I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT#93109. My private practice is located in the heart of Pasadena, California. I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University and a B.A. in Sociology from California State University, Northridge.
It is my desire to help facilitate change in order to experience joy, authenticity, and fulfillment in life. I work from a relational psychodynamic framework. I believe that one’s past provides a template for what they may be experiencing in the present. I also believe in the power and transformational nature of the therapeutic relationship. I strive to create an environment where you are fully known.
I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients through each life stage transition. Whether it be a new job, a child, a relationship, or the loss associated with life transitions, I provide a safe space to explore one's feelings and get unstuck.
I have a clinical interest in supporting maternal mental health. I have an additional clinical interest in supporting those who struggle with Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors such as Trichotillomania. I am also a facilitator of Prepare/Enrich, a program designed to strengthen premarital and marital relationships.
