I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern and am supervised by Dr. Amy Keller, Psy.D., MFT. I have a Master’s in Arts degree in clinical psychology with a specialization in Child Studies and a second specialization in Conflict-Related Trauma from Antioch University, Los Angeles. My extensive experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families has fueled my passion for working with individuals who have experienced some form of psychological trauma. In conjunction to my psychodynamic approach I provide Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), allowing clients to quickly process their trauma and surpass their former level of functioning. In addition to my trauma work, I have provided school-based services, child advocacy, IEP and 504 Plan support, and have experience working with children 0-5 years old. I have also worked with victims of relational violence for more than 10 years and have co-facilitated groups for men that have been court mandated for relational violence intervention programs.

My passion for working with individuals who have experienced trauma allows me to truly meet my clients where they are. In spite of facing what is often unthinkable trauma, I believe that all individuals have a powerful ability to heal, and I view the therapeutic process as a collaborative one. I will provide you with a safe and containing space where you can feel supported as we explore, together, the way in which your life experiences may influence the person you have become and shape the choices you make. I will help you gain greater insight and develop tools, improve communication, strengthen your relationships, increase resilience, and heal painful wounds, thereby allowing you to thrive.
